- Note: This is a voice remote control; please pair this remote with your TV before use. Pairing steps: 1. Make sure your Shield home screen is visible on your TV. 2. Insert 2 AAA batteries and keep the remote within 1 foot of your Shield TV.
- 3.If your Shield TV remote is paired with another Shield TV, press the Back button (button that looks like a triangle) and the OK button (inner ring on the top of the remote) at the same time
- 4. If your Shield TV remote hasn't been paired with another device, simply press and hold the OK button (the inner ring on the top of the remote). After a few seconds, a message should appear on the screen informing you that the remote has been detected and you can release the buttons. You'll then see another message saying "Shield Remote Connected," and the remote will appear in the list of paired accessories.
