Warranty

1. All products purchased from minukaubad.ee have a manufacturer's warranty.

The manufacturer's warranty information is provided in writing in the product description.

If the manufacturer sets the product warranty period to less than two years, the consumer has the right to file a complaint about the non-conformity of the goods with contractual agreements within two years from the date of purchase.

The right to file a complaint is valid only if the product has been used under the prescribed conditions and only in a household setting.

Legal entities who are not consumers are entitled only to the manufacturer's warranty period.

2. We infrom you that the manufacturer's warranty is valid only if the buyer can prove:

  • Purchase proof (receipt, invoice);
  • Manufacturer's warranty or sales card (if the manufacturer or seller has issued such a card);
Information about certified manufacturer service centers is provided on the manufacturer's warranty card or sales card, or can be obtained by contacting the manufacturer's representative directly or via the dealer's phone number indicated on the product packaging.
We inform you that the warranty conditions do not apply to accessories (e.g., product accessories), consumables (e.g., batteries, accumulators), and accessories with a limited lifespan (e.g., fuses).

3. The manufacturer's warranty does not apply to damages caused by the buyer's or user's fault. These are:
  • Damage to the product as a result of removing or tampering with the warranty sticker or serial number
  • Use of the product for unintended purposes or handling contrary to the product description;
    • Scratches, broken components, cracked screens, water intrusion in prohibited areas, improper maintenance of the product, foreign objects inside the product, unauthorized access markings indicating misuse;

    • Damage from incorrect mains voltage, inadequate power supply, or use of non-compliant adapters and accessories not meeting manufacturer’s requirements;

    • Damage due to improper repair;

    • Wear and tear and natural aging of parts;

    • Use of non-certified spare parts or accessories not approved by the manufacturer for use with the product, and any resulting damages;

    • Damage to accessories such as batteries, cables, or chargers;

    • Damage caused by improper transportation of the product;

    • Damage to design elements of the product;

    • If the buyer fails to present a valid proof of purchase or delivery note, warranty claims will expire.

    • 4. If the product is damaged, the buyer has the following options:

      • Request a consultation by e‑mail or by calling +372.
      • Visit an authorized manufacturer or reseller service center with proof of purchase and warranty documentation.
      • Visit our office in Riga at Aleksandra Čaka iela 81, LV-1011, Latvia during business hours (09:00–17:00), with proof of purchase (invoice, receipt, and warranty card).
