Powerful DC Motor & Low-Resonance Die-Cast Platter: The brushless, direct-drive DC motor provides powerful drive with very smooth rotation, resulting in extremely smooth operation. The TURN 5's turntable is precision-engineered using a die-casting process, enabling perfectly balanced operation. A dampening rubber coating on the underside of the platter eliminates unwanted resonances. The included 5 mm thick rubber pad provides additional protection against vibrations, ensuring that nothing stands in the way of your audio enjoyment. Statically balanced S-shaped tonearm & high-tech Ortofon cartridge system. The TURN 5 features a statically balanced S-shaped tonearm. In addition to the hydraulic lift and anti-skating adjustment, this features a convenient tonearm height adjustment with locking (VTA). This ensures optimal tracking of the cartridge and accurate playback of the recording medium.
