Marantz has developed its own discrete circuits to replace conventional ICs. These HDAMs (Hyper Dynamic Amplifier Modules) consist of discrete components with short, identical right and left signal paths. They perform the same function as IC operational amplifiers, but far exceed them with their high throughput and reduced noise, resulting in a more dynamic, precise, and detailed sound.
The PM6007's HDAM-SA3 circuit has been improved compared to its predecessor. Reactive power stability is less affected by the power transistor's temperature, preserving sound performance even at high output levels.
