Question 1: Can the player software be updated?
Answer: The player has very simple software with no update options and no APK can be installed.
Question 2: Does the player have an autoplay and timer function?
A: No, the device does not have an autoplay function or a sleep timer.
Question 3: Can the device recognize the entire external hard drive?
Answer:No, it supports external hard drives (NTFS and FAT32) up to 2TB, and there is still the compatibility issue, e.g. Western Digital 2TB disk is not recognized.
Question 4: Can the device play 1080P files?
Answer: The player can only play 1080P 30fps at maximum, and can only decode H.264, not H.265.
Question 5: Can the device recognize the entire SD card, MMC card and USB stick?
Answer: No, can read SD card, MMC card and maximum 32G USB storage.
Question 6: Does the video freeze at a certain point during playback?
Answer: I can't say for sure, it has something to do with the format and bitrate of the video.
Question 7: Is it possible to control various audio and video devices?
Answer: Impossible.
Question 8: Why can't it play any sound?
Answer: Please set the audio output mode to Normal.
