Details: Doctor HDMI 4K solves most HDCP/HDMI problems by simply connecting it between the source and display. Once connected, it can be configured to perform specific EDID and hot-plug events. This device also features internal logic to support HDCP streams by detecting all DDC packets and filtering EDID requests, but allowing all HDCP handshakes to pass through. PC software can be used to edit any of the parameters on the fly or to load/save individual EDIDs. Power is supplied either directly from the HDMI port or via USB, if connected. Firmware upgrades can be sent automatically with a single .exe file, so no additional software is required.
