- [Van] This OEM-style rear view camera fits the 4th generation Ford Transit from 2014 onwards (including the 2020 facelift) and replaces the current single brake light located in the roof above the rear double doors of your van. Not suitable for smaller Transit Custom, Connect, or Courier models. Your third brake light should be approximately 38.6 cm wide and 5.4 cm high.
- Design: The rear camera is mounted in the brake light to provide a view behind your van, looking down at the rear bumper. The camera has a ball and socket joint so the angle can be adjusted as needed and infrared LEDs for night vision. A spare LED brake light unit is built in, providing you with a complete plug-and-play replacement unit.
- Operation: The rear camera connects to your reversing light supply, so it turns on when you select reverse. You can wire it to a 12V ignition supply if you want it to always be on. It is dual PAL/NTSC compatible and includes reversing guidelines (these can be disabled if not required).
- The kit includes a 10 m RCA/phono cable, 1 x power cable, and the required composite adapter cable. The monitors also come with their own brackets and compatible cables to provide you with a complete system. You will need a rearview mirror to use the mirror monitor options, as they mount over an existing mirror. Dashboard monitors adhere to your dashboard.
- Specification: The camera operates on 12V power with a CMOS lens at 720p quality with dual NTSC and PAL output. It has a 170-degree viewing angle with mirror image and is IP68 waterproof. It features 6 LEDs for infrared night vision with a distance of 10.7 m.
