Details: The Dolphin DMS400 is a 4-sensor mounting system designed to fit a wide range of cars and look like original equipment. This kit features 4 microsensors with a buzzer. The buzzer emits audible beeps with increasing frequency as you approach an obstacle. The unit is activated when reverse gear is selected. When the vehicle is within 1.5 meters of the obstacle, the audible alarm emits intermittent beeps. As the vehicle approaches the obstacle, the beeps increase in frequency. At 30 centimeters from the obstacle, the beeps become a continuous, fixed tone, warning you to stop the car. The sensors are mounted on cables just over 2 meters long and should cover the width of most vehicles, but we have extension cables if needed. You mount the Brainbox in the rear of the car, traditionally in a side panel behind one of the taillight clusters, so the sensor cables don't need to run forward. You connect the brainbox to the reversing light for power. The buzzer is designed for installation in the trunk area on a 2 m cable.
